Some prefer to live a simple life, shunning modern clothing and devices, and don home-made clothing made from hessian sack. Often we just drive passed them, few people take the time to stop their vehicles and actually chat to them to find out what they’re about. Their philosophy espouses a simpler way of life, away from many modern conveniences and technology, a philosophy that we could all learn from. This guy was walking along one of the seemingly-endless roads in the Western Cape, content just to walk to his destination without the constraints of time nor speed. He told me that he’d get to his destination when he got there.
